Projecto 3:12 a.m.
A performative piece that uses circus language alongside live music. Harmonious and chaotic at the same time, a show full of intensity and contrast — an acrobat and a musician challenging each other.
Teaching

Workshops

Aerial technique workshops adapted to your goals. Biomechanics-based, focusing on acrobatic technique and range of motion.

01
Confident Flight

This workshop proposes owning the aerial apparatus, rope or silks, with confidence, freedom, and comfort, transforming their verticality into a surface of support.

02
Straps Lab

Researching joint rotations and muscle chains — and how to articulate them together — for the execution of acrobatic movement. Centered on straps; applicable to other aerial apparatuses.

03
Rope — Duo

Weight transfer between partners, connection points (encastres), and dynamic possibilities. Shared momentum, counterbalance, and coordinated movement on rope.
